"I guess I should begin again." Simple lyrics of Marcus Mumford of a song that have been humming in the backgorund as I do just this. Begin Again.

After living in Virginia for over 20 years, building a life and a business, it was time to say goodbye. I had a deep, inner-knowing for a while that it was time to go and move on, for my highest good. Not just to move from Virginia, but from a life that no longer resonated with who I am . This past year-and-a-half, I have made some significant changes in my life: navigated a divorce after almost 30 years, left a thriving business and close friends and moved to Georgia. So now what? Begin Again.......

I am creating and building a new life, shifting my business and my work and experiencing life in a much more aligned pace and space. Not only has my nervous system come back to a state of homeostasis, my thoughts are clearer, my sleep is restful and restorative and I feel a deep sense of peace in me and around me. Many people have asked me if I was scared of all of this unknown? How was I to do this by myself? I did not hold any fear, it was more excitement for the possibilities. I listened to my inner knowing and trusted that all would align when I chose my health and happiness. So far, it has been an amazing transition to my new life.

I am going back to practicing all of what I love: Pilates and Yoga reahabilitative training, small group training and workshops and of course Reiki Therapy. All of these were a game changer in my life and I feel drawn back to all of these nervous-system regulators to support people in their body. I am right where I need to be.

Reminder: Sometimes, it is a big change that is needed to begin again. Other times, it is just a few deep breaths that are needed. The important thing is that you check in with yourself, in quiet moments, to see what you need. We all have our inner guidance, or intuition , that is there to assist us. Get quiet. Check in. Listen. Respond with what is needed for you.

Begin again.....
